The Smallest Actions, The Biggest Impact
A small experiment with a delivery driver turned into real business — showing how true growth often starts with people who quietly care.
At times, the most meaningful contributions come from the simplest ideas.
A few weeks ago, I asked one of our delivery drivers a straightforward request:
"If you notice any shops or businesses that might need our materials while you’re on your route, just send me a photo."
It wasn’t part of a strategy or campaign. Merely an experiment.
Since then, he has been sending photos every day — of shops, vendors, and warehouses he comes across while delivering under the sun, navigating traffic, and carrying out the physically demanding work of logistics.
Recently, one of those photos turned into a new client. A real sale. Tangible growth.
What makes this remarkable is that he is not part of our sales team. He doesn’t attend meetings or prepare presentations. Yet through his initiative and consistency, he directly contributed to the company’s growth.
This experience is a reminder: growth isn’t always driven by grand strategies. Sometimes it begins with individuals who pay attention, take initiative, and choose to care.
Our company runs because of people like him — and many others.
- People who don’t seek recognition but create real impact.
- People who aren’t just part of operations; they make operations possible.
To all our drivers, loaders, and field teams: you are not behind the scenes. You are the scene. And we value you deeply.
